Hello again. BFF has announced a release date of November 29th, 2010 for “Soft Tools, vols 3 vs 4″ (Neverever Records – NVEV 008). At that time you should listen instantly on Neverever Camp. At the end of the year you will find it on iTunes, Amazon (mp3 and CD), Napster, The Pirate’s Bay, et cetera. Check out the album art by BFF Matt Hulme:
“Soft Tools, vols 3 vs 4″ is the next album from BFF. The songs are being sequenced and time has been booked for mastering at the famed Future Disc. We will all be listening to the finished music by the end of November! Check back here or Neverever Camp for all the mossy pre-release details.
Officially released on Neverever, “Soft Tools, vol. 2″ by BFF is the classic b-sides / lost demos album compiled into a volume and then into an album again as part of a series entitled Soft Tools. We must say that it is really mossy stuff ranging from Aslant to Warren Oates. This shall certainly tide you over until their follow-up to The Mossy Rock Album arrives in autumn, 2010. Here’s what BFF had to say to us about this song (speaking via Skype):
“yeah, well, one night we’re in the middle of recording and we were thinking, like, we’re always clickin’ it, the record button, feeling it, clicking the pause button, the record button again … You see, we click it, then we kick it and when we’re through rocking- we click it once again to pause or stop the recording and then, ya know, basically just click it once again and the process repeats itself.”
Well, there you have it. Check it out and other music videos and documentary oddities on the official NEVEREVER/BFF YouTube channel: http://youtube.com/nevereverBFF
